Shipping policy

Orders generally take 1-7 business days to process and ship. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Holiday Shipping: During the months of November and December shipping carriers may experience delays due to the holiday season. Orders placed during these months may experience slightly longer shipping and delivery times as a result.

International Orders: For international orders, please note that customs, duties, and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. By placing an international order, you agree to pay any required customs, duties, or taxes imposed by your country. If the customer refuses to pay any required duties and taxes upon delivery and the order cannot be delivered as a result, customers will not be refunded for their order. By placing an international order, you are aware that additional shipping delays may occur.
